Andrew graduated from Boalt Hall (U.C. Berkeley) School of Law, a top public law school. Before that, he earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Los Angeles, California (UCLA), magna cum laude, with college honors. Additionally, Andrew is a member of the esteemed Phi Beta Kappa Society.
